Pyfa, Other Projects, and a Pilot

In the time I have not been around the blog, I've been working with Pyfa on their new site. As many may already know the last developer left, and the project was moved over to Kadesh Priestess. With evefit.org, and the site falling into it's own wormhole, I offered to help create and maintain a new site for my favorite EVE 3rd party tool. You can now find Pyfa at pyfa.net. So while you might not see much on this blog, I have been doing other things in the background for the community. I hope you enjoy the new site as much as we do, and the easy navigation.

After Rubicon I was a bit disturbed to find out we still didn't receive any updates regarding Null-Sec, and/or real POS updates. Since then I've been floundering when it comes to playing again. The summer hiatus really gave me a lot of time to get real-life things taken care of, but at the same time distance me from EVE itself. While I'm having a hard time finding the motivation to play again, I will come back. The new marauders being the reason. This is the one update that really made me want to play. With that said, there will be more updates, but not entirely sure when.

Last year I started another EVE related site called NewEdenHub. While it's just been sitting there showing its purpose, I plan to finally get the site active. What the site allows is an "EVE Directory" for players to find EVE Related websites from the Directory of supporting EVE websites. At the same time, each site can have their own newedenhub.com web address, allowing EVE players to easily get to any site without needing to know the entire address (i.e. eveolution.newedenhub.com . Try it! It works!). With such a setup people could find whatever site they wanted just by changing the host portion of the address. Pretty cool, huh? Once a site signs up, they will show on the Directory on the newedenhub.com website, allowing a player to find sites via name, category, tags, and more. I'm hoping to have that site done before spring, and start spreading the word to get more supporting sites. *cross-fingers*

While I've been away, I've been on the test server most of the time, but still continuing to train my characters. In the last six months, one of my pilots became obsolete, and I am now considering selling it. The character is my old RvB pilot that is 30m SP of pure frigate awesomeness. As one of my other characters made it redundant, it's really no use to me, and inactive now. I might post a character sheet later for anyone that might be interested before posting on the bazzar.

In conclusion I'm still planning to post wormhole articles once I play regularly again; as I am still looking to join a wormhole corporation to continue my EVE career (If anyone has any recommendations for such a corp please let me know).  I'm looking for another C4-C6 group that loves PvP, and getting billions of ISK from wormhole ratting. Aside from that, I hope everyone is still having fun, and flying safe. o7
